Paul came today to check my Rain Bird system controller. I have worked with him during my new irrigation installation project at the beginning of this year. I was extremely pleased with the outcome then and again today. I specifically requested him for today’s job. John was on time and professional. He fixed the leak in my backyard system and tested it to make sure no further leaks. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip. Super happy with the great service and will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing repairs outdoors and indoor.

I have used Allegiance Water since 2018. The company and service is outstanding. John Gonzales was our repair person for this call. He changed our RO water filters, installed a leak detector for the RO, and repaired our water shut off valve. He was GREAT!!! He is very knowledgeable and dependable. The service tech was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He tracked down the problem and eliminated it as quickly as possible, as he was aware that what his time cost us in getting the job done.

I had made an appointment for Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Wednesday that Eloy could come out a day early. They serviced my RO water system and soft water system. They exhibited excellent attention to detail and worked in a professional manner. When finished they cleared explained what we needed to to do move for the coming year. I will certainly use them again for annual inspections and servicing.
