I have used Allegiance Water since 2018. The company and service is outstanding. John Gonzales was our repair person for this call. He changed our RO water filters, installed a leak detector for the RO, and repaired our water shut off valve. He was GREAT!!! He is very knowledgeable and dependable. John was on time and professional. He fixed the leak in my backyard system and tested it to make sure no further leaks. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip. I had made an appointment for Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Wednesday that Eloy could come out a day early. They serviced my RO water system and soft water system. They exhibited excellent attention to detail and worked in a professional manner. When finished they cleared explained what we needed to to do move for the coming year. I will certainly use them again for annual inspections and servicing.

I have used Allegiance for years now and every time I'm still amazed at how courteous and professional they are. Every year I have my R.O. filter changed and my soft water big blue filter changed. They also perform my mist services for the backyard with shutdown for the winter and startup in the spring. 100% recommend them!

John was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, he didnt have the parts i needed so he will be returning in a couple of days to do the actual work. I will update after the work is completed.

They answered the phone (after several other business didnt) and came right out to do the estimate and complete the work. Quality is good. Will call next time I need sprinkler/landscaping work.
