Excellent service

I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. This is a great company, and I am glad that I selected them. UPDATE Allegiance is my go to water company. My house is 50 years old now, so I'm glad I have them to call if I have a problem. Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system. He was nice, professional and did a great job.

Lawson was incredibly friendly, informative and professional. David was also a standout for his strong communication and customer service. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Allegiance Water Services was great! They prioritized my urgent request and Lawson was great when he came to diagnose the issue. He thoroughly explained the problem and gave me different options and advice on future work. 5 star support!

I had made an appointment for Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Wednesday that Eloy could come out a day early. They serviced my RO water system and soft water system. They exhibited excellent attention to detail and worked in a professional manner. When finished they cleared explained what we needed to to do move for the coming year. I will certainly use them again for annual inspections and servicing.

I had Eloy come by to repair a water softener system that had failed, as well as replace the filter in the RO system. He was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and really knew his stuff.

I have used Allegiance Water since 2018. The company and service is outstanding. John Gonzales was our repair person for this call. He changed our RO water filters, installed a leak detector for the RO, and repaired our water shut off valve. He was GREAT!!! He is very knowledgeable and dependable. I am so grateful to Lawson for helping me with my spinkler system. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patiently answers all my questions. I trust him and Allegiance Water Service for all of my home’s plumbing needs.

Technician patiently walked me through my current setup, identified multiple leaks, and looked to save money by combining and eliminating unneccesay zones.

John was on time and professional. He fixed the leak in my backyard system and tested it to make sure no further leaks. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip. Super happy with the great service and will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing repairs outdoors and indoor.

Allegiance and Eloy are my "go to" plumbers. Prompt, efficient, cost effective and courteous.

He was wonderfully informative and polite. Educating me on my irrigation system, as I'm from Michigan and very unfamiliar with them.

Allegiance’s technician Eloy Garcia arrived promptly, explained and showed me the issue with my water softener and also he noted some water in tray beneath the water heater that I had even noticed. He fixed the motor on softener and then removed and replaced my water heater as he noted it was still under manufacturer’s warranty! I am so please with his prompt, thorough and efficient service. I highly recommend him and Allegiance Eater Services!
