Allegiance’s technician Eloy Garcia arrived promptly, explained and showed me the issue with my water softener and also he noted some water in tray beneath the water heater that I had even noticed. He fixed the motor on softener and then removed and replaced my water heater as he noted it was still under manufacturer’s warranty! I am so please with his prompt, thorough and efficient service. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip.
