How It Works
When you turn on the hot water tap, cold water is drawn through a pipe into the unit and heated either by an electric heating element or a gas burner. John was on time and professional. He fixed the leak in my backyard system and tested it to make sure no further leaks. He also checked the front yard and found an additional leak that I hadn’t noticed and also fixed it in the same trip. I haven’t worked with many home service companies who do such a good job like this. From the moment we got the quote, until the minute the job was done, they were reliable and they provided the service we requested. First they came out to inspect the issue. Once they figured out what was wrong, they provided a verbal quote and followed up with a digital quote. I was able to accept the quote digitally and put a deposit down to begin the work. Since our system needed to be replaced, it was quite a process and luckily they had it all under control. They contacted the city and cox communications to flag their underground items so that they knew where to avoid. Then Lawson came out and literally spent an entire day replacing the system. The customer service was above and beyond. Yes there are a million plumbers and irrigation companies out there, but there aren’t as many reputable, trustworthy, licensed and qualified ones like Allegience.
I have used Allegiance for years now and every time I'm still amazed at how courteous and professional they are. Every year I have my R.O. filter changed and my soft water big blue filter changed. They also perform my mist services for the backyard with shutdown for the winter and startup in the spring. 100% recommend them!

Allegiance’s technician Eloy Garcia arrived promptly, explained and showed me the issue with my water softener and also he noted some water in tray beneath the water heater that I had even noticed. He fixed the motor on softener and then removed and replaced my water heater as he noted it was still under manufacturer’s warranty! I am so please with his prompt, thorough and efficient service.
