Had an issue with my sprinkler system, something failed and I had a big wet spot on the side of my house. Called in and was helped with instructions on how to turn off the sprinkler side so no water would go to it until a repair could be scheduled. Paul comes out and shows me the problem, we set a time and he fixes all of that, THEN while testing, just waltzes into the spraying sprinklers and dials in where the water SHOULD have been spraying, like " oh, that's the wrong direction to spray for this area..." Then he programs the whole thing to fix my already mediocre lawn and bushes, told me what to do to improve my lawn through yard care and got into his car with soaking pants and thanked ME! 10/10.

I love this business. They go the extra mile to make sure their clientele are taken care of. My hot water heater went out on New Years eve and required a part to fix it. The part was unavailable and Rheem the manufacturer was closed until Monday. John Gonzales from Allegient brought out a new unit and installed it, so that I would have hot water for the weekend. I had made an appointment for Thursday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Wednesday that Eloy could come out a day early. They serviced my RO water system and soft water system. They exhibited excellent attention to detail and worked in a professional manner. When finished they cleared explained what we needed to to do move for the coming year. I will certainly use them again for annual inspections and servicing.
